The Chubbuck Land Use Commission is scheduled to meet this coming Tuesday, January 14, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue.
Four public hearings are scheduled for the meeting. These include two applications for a Change in Land Use District, one at 224 E Linden Avenue, and the other at 4520 and 4522 Burley Drive. Another public hearing is for an application for Conditional Use Permit for light manufacturing, assembly and retail use at Pine Ridge Mall, and another is for an application for annexation of approximately 17.4 acres of land into the City of Chubbuck.
Other business items to be taken up include Preliminary Plats and a proposal for an 11 lot subdivision with 9 multi-family residential building lots, one common lot, and one
parcel for street dedications in the Sawtooth Ridge subdivision.
