1. An application for Conditional Use Permit for a Government Facility use- administrative building in a C-2 General Commercial Zone. The subject property is approx. 1.54 acres consisting of portions of Lot 12 of Bonniebrae Acres Townsite located in the NW ¼ of Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Bannock County. Generally located at 4599 Burley Drive, Chubbuck, ID, 83202. Application will be reviewed against criteria and standards found in section 18.28.040C of municipal code. Type of Action: Decision (Action Item)
2. An application for Conditional Use Permit for self-service storage container yard use in a C-2 General Commercial Zone. The subject property is approx. 2.45 acres consisting of parcels RPRCCPC011200 and RPRCCDF000200. Generally located at 4964 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, ID. Application will be reviewed against criteria and standards found in section 18.28.040C of municipal code. Type of Action: Decision (Action Item)
1. The Commission may review proposed city code text amendments by City Staff and provide input and suggestions for changes on the following sections of draft code: 18.28 Administration Chapter and 18.20 Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) Chapter. This discussion continues a previous study session discussion on both items that was held previously on January 28, 2020.
