Looking for something fun to do this Saturday? The Salvation Army’s Turkey Bowl takes place in the Albertsons parking lot, 330 E. Benton Street in Pocatello from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
This unique and fun event features everything you need for a rousing good time; a great cause, great fun, great prizes…and free drinks of hot cocoa and hot cider to keep you warm as you enjoy the friendly…and unique…competition.
Participants are invited to bowl a frame (or several) and knock down the pins using a frozen turkey! Bowl one frame for $5.00 or five frames for $20.00. All money raised goes to provide holiday meals for local families in need.
Each frame you buy gets you one raffle ticket. You also have the chance to win the prize for high score frame or high score game (five frames). Many fantastic prizes have been donated by some of our favorite local businesses, including:
