The Pocatello City Council agenda for the meeting scheduled on Thursday, November 19, has been posted on the City website. Item number 10 is, “An ordinance establishing standards for face coverings for individuals when they are in public including penalties for violations, commencement date, and proclaiming that it is effective upon posting in five public places of the city.” You can read the proposed ordinance, here:
