Agenda Item #3 to be addressed at the Pocatello Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on Wednesday, May 12, is the Planned Unit Development – Breezy Commons Townhouses.
The agenda item reads, “Jonathan Vincent, represented by Rocky Mountain Engineering & Surveying, has submitted an application for a Planned Unit Development to develop 7.39 acres (more or less) into 56 residential townhomes and common area. The proposed PUD is located East of Philbin Road and North of Cottage Avenue. (ACTION ITEM)”
The meeting will be held at the City Council Chambers, N. 7th Avenue in Pocatello, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
