Pocatello’s AMVETS Idaho Post 1 elected new officers at a meeting held at the Bannock County Veterans Memorial Building on Thursday, May 20.
Elected to lead AMVETS Idaho Post 1 were:
- Commander – Philip Clifton
- 1st Vice Commander- Christopher Riley
- 2nd Vice Commander- Teresa Vialpando Gondola
- Adjutant- Darrin Ellis
- Treasurer- Jeff Axford
- Provost Marshal- Miguel Dominic
Incoming Commander Philip Clifton said, “I am looking forward to continuing our goals and establishing some new activities with our Auxiliary and Sons as partners in our mission.”
The group expressed their appreciation to outgoing Commander Lance Kolbet for his hard work and dedication to the post.
