Tomorrow evening, Monday, June 20, Patriots for Liberty and Constitution will continue discussing the Introduction to Blackstone’s Commentaries. The event announcement on their FaceBook page explains:
“Our next discussion will be on the last section of the Introduction of Blackstone’s Commentary. We will pay more attention to the structure of society instead. The remaining time will be the origin of the Judicial Review. We will also go over the following court cases:
- Marbury v. Madison (1803)
- Martin v. Hunter’s Lessee (1816)
- McCulloh v. Maryland (1819)
- Gibbons v. Ogden (1824)
- Cohens v. Commonwealth of Virginia (1821)
- Spark v. US (1895)
- Missouri v. Holland (1920)
- US v. Curtis-Wright Export (1936)
- US v. Butler (1936)
- Woods v. Cloyd W Miller Co. (1948)
