Reconnect SE Idaho Announces Sourdough Bread-Making Class, September 13

Pocatello–Ashley Smith, owner and chief baker of Wildly Raised Baking Co. and co-founder of Reconnect SE Idaho, is offering a class on sourdough bread-making on Tuesday, September 13.  She explains, “I’ll be taking everyone through the process of making a Dutch oven loaf. If you missed the first class, no worries! I’ll be touching on starters again briefly.”
