Pocatello–The Rupp Family’s lawsuit against the City of Pocatello is scheduled for a jury trial next summer, according to court records.  (For a summary of the case, see the PCO article Notice of Pending Lawsuit: Rupp Family Trust vs City of Pocatello & Mayor Brian Blad.)

*A Jury Trial has been scheduled to begin June 6, 2023.
Note: In another court note, there were some additional June dates and a set of secondary dates scheduled in November 2023 should the trial run over.
* An Order was filed on 08/19/22 in which the judge denied four different motions.
