The Bannock County Coroner’s Office, in cooperation with the Bannock County Sheriff’s Office, has confirmed the identity of the person who fell from a roof on Moonlight Mine
Road east of Pocatello on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023.
Deceased: Juan Sanchez, 52, of Shelley, Idaho
Next of kin has been notified.
The incident is no longer under investigation.
“My heart breaks for Juan’s family and all of those who cared for him. I’m truly sorry for their loss,” said Coroner Torey Danner.
