As part of this year’s Steppin’ for Life fundraiser, the Compassion and Hope Pregnancy Center will be holding a silent auction. They are looking for individuals and businesses who are willing to donate baskets for the auction. Auction items may be dropped off at the Pregnancy Center, at 845 S 9th Ave.
Steppin’ For Life will take place on Saturday, August 5, at OK Ward Park, located at 1400 W. Quinn Road in Chubbuck. The main events are the 5K, 2K, and NO-K run/walks. There will also be a variety of attractions for those who prefer less-strenuous entertainment, including food, live music, and raffles. This year, the Pregnancy Center will be raffling off a Mountain Bike from Barrie’s.
To register for the run/walks, go to pocatellopregnancy.com/events. Registration is $25 for adults and $15 for young people ages 5-17. Children ages 0-4 are free.
Same-day registration will be at 7:30 a.m. on August 5, and the event itself begins at 8:30 a.m.
