Pocatello–Ladies, if your New Year’s Resolution includes getting more exercise, the East Fork Mink Creek Nordic Center is ready to help! The Center will be offering two ladies-only classes on Sunday morning, January 7. The City of Pocatello’s website explains:
Learn to Nordic ski in supportive environment with a female instructor! We’ll cover the basics of equipment and technique to get you out and about skiing on the trails. No experience necessary. Includes equipment rental and trail pass.
The classes being offered are:
- Classic Ski Beginner: 9:00am – 10:30am
- Skate Ski Beginner: 11:00am – 12:30pm
