The Area V Agency on Aging is hosting a series of Zoom classes designed to help caregivers care for themselves. The classes will be held twice every Wednesday for six weeks, beginning February 21.
The classes are:
- February 21–Taking Care of You
- February 28–Identifying & Reducing Personal Stress
- March 6–Communicating Feelings, Needs, & Concerns
- March 13–Communicating in Challenging Situations
- March 20–Learning from our Emotions
- March 27–Mastering Caregiving Decisions
