The Road Closure and Traffic Report for the City of Pocatello for the week of April 8 has been posted on the City’s website.
Some of the highlights include:
- The 100 block of S Garfield Ave. will be closed Monday from 2-9 p.m. for the Food Truck Round-Up
- Street sweepers are currently performing their annual spring clean-up
- Street Operations is patching potholes and curblines throughout the city
- Work continues on replacing the water main line on Garrett Way, Madison Ave., Colorado Ave., and Maple St.
- Crews will be jetting sewer lines throughout the city
- On April 9, Idaho Power will be replacing a power pole on Monte Vista Drive
- Chubbuck Road will be closed between Pleasant View Dr. and Fairgrounds Rd. as part of the I-86/I-15 System Interchange project, and will remain closed until Fall 2024
- Crews will be jetting sewer lines throughout the city
- Traffic signals are being installed at the intersection of Hawthorne Rd. and W Quinn Rd.
- Center St. underpass will be closed from late April through late October for structural work
- A new fire hydrant is being installed at United Rentals on Cedar Avenue
