Last Thursday, Idaho Senator Jim Risch, sitting as a member of the Senate Energy Committee, furiously tore into BLM Director Tracy Stone-Manning over the Lava Ridge windmill project. “We don’t want this,” said Senator Risch, who also stated that he represented 1.8 million “angry Idahoans.”
