Two items are on the agenda related to the Park Place Planned Unit Development (PUD) at tonight’s Pocatello Special City Council Meeting.
The relevant parts of the agenda read:
9. PUBLIC HEARING – PARK PLACE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
This time has been set aside for the Council to hear comments from the public regarding a request from CMJ Holdings, LLC, represented by Knudsen Engineering (mailing address: 609 West Maple Street, Pocatello, ID 83201) to develop 10.34 acres (more or less) located west of Interstate 15 and north of Ammon Park, into eighty-six (86) townhome lots and two (2) common/open space lots. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of the request following a public hearing held on June 12, 2024. (ACTION ITEM) (Quasi-judicial public hearing)
10. RECONSIDERATION REQUEST – PARK PLACE PRELIMINARY PLAT
Council may wish to consider a Reconsideration Request Application, submitted by CMJ Holdings, LLC, represented by Knudsen Engineering (mailing address: 609 West Maple Street, Pocatello, ID 83201) appealing the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission which denied the Preliminary Plat application for Park Place Townhomes following a public hearing held on June 12, 2024. (ACTION ITEM)
The Special City Council Meeting takes place starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 911 N. 7th Avenue.
