Today, Saturday, August 31, 2024, is the last day to see the current run of the new musical, X-Spelled: The Untold Story of Princess and the Pea.
The play is based on the book by local author Lana Borgholthaus and is directed by Kyra Lambson.
In a post on social media, Borgholthaus said, “I know I don’t post a lot, but I’m thrilled to see the amazing cast bring X-Spelled to life again! I hope you can come and see it! Kaya Higbee is the lead princess! Her voice is so angelic! It is no wonder she took first in the state of Idaho for vocal performance her senior year! This girl has a magnificent set of pipes! PEAS come and support her and the rest of our amazing cast!!! They have been working so hard!”
Showtimes are 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the Leavitt Center, 1030 E Sublette in Pocatello.
