Bannock County is seeking applicants for the Agricultural Protection Area Commission. This new advisory board will advise the County Commissioners on agricultural protection area proposals in Bannock County.
We are looking to appoint three Bannock County residents who are actively employed or supporting agriculture in the county or are involved in any of the following organizations:
• local soil & water conservation districts
• local cattlemen’s association
• farm Bureau board
• irrigation district
• water users association
• grower/commodity association

Applications are due by 5 p.m. December 13, 2024.
Interviews will be held the week of December 16, 2024.
