(Chubbuck Police Department Press Release, January 23, 2025)
This afternoon (1/23/25), Bannock County Sheriff’s Deputies and Chubbuck Police Officers were involved in a shooting at a house on Fox Court in Chubbuck (4463 Fox Ct.).
The public is not in danger. The person involved in the incident was taken into custody and is getting treatment at the hospital. Thankfully, no officers were hurt.
This is an ongoing investigation being conducted by the CIT and no further details will be released at this time.
