UPDATE: Injury Crash on I15 Near Pocatello sends 6 to the Hospital

Correction, this is a two-vehicle crash.

POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State Police is investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred at 1:59 p.m., on January 24th, 2025, on Interstate 15 south of Pocatello.

A 48-year-old female from Lava Hot Springs was driving south on I15 at milepost 65 in a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox when she came upon traffic being moved to a single lane due to a separate crash. A 2018 Ford F150, driven by a 60-year-old female and a 72-year-old passenger from Soda Springs, was also traveling south on I15 when the Equinox rear ended the Ford. Both vehicles went off the road. The Equinox overturned before coming to a stop.

All occupants were wearing seat belts except the passenger of the Ford.

All occupants were transported via ground ambulance, to a local hospital.

The Idaho State Police was assisted by Pocatello EMS.

This crash is still under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
