Talking school choice and budgets with Rep. Horman

On tonight’s Gem State Report, I discussed House Bill 93, the parental choice tax credit, which passed the House floor after two and a half hours of debate this morning. Bill sponsor Rep. Wendy Horman joined me to discuss school choice as well as the budget process in the Joint Finance-Appropriation Committee.
