On Monday, February 10, the members of Patriots for Liberty & Constitution will be discussing Article 1, Section 8, of the U.S. Constitution.
The group meets starting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday evenings at Mountain Valley Baptist Church, 202 S. 7th Avenue in Pocatello.

CURRENT EVENTS:
1) Robby from The Hill’s, Rising, highlights the exchange between Marco Rubio and Margaret Brennan regarding her comments on the rise of the Nazi Party in Germany, and a 60 Minutes report on the enforcement of online censorship laws in Germany. Robby makes some very interesting points about the unintended consequences of censorship.
2) Robert Gouveia explores the state’s legal briefs attempting to enjoin DOGE and Elon Musk. Also, Trump asks the Supreme Court for a stay against federal judges attempting to hamstring Article II authority. This is very much the Constitution on trial.
