Idahoan Brandon Judd Nominated to be Ambassador to the Republic of Chile

President Trump has nominated Idahoan Brandon Judd to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Chile.

Judd was unanimously elected the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) national president in 2013.  He retired from the U.S. Border Patrol in May of 2024 after 27 years of service.

Judd’s nomination has been received by the U.S. Senate and referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations.
