In the last hour, HB 472, the updated Medical Freedom Act bill passed the Idaho House on a vote of 46 Aye, 21 Nay, and 3 absent. The bill was brought forward following the veto of SB 1023 by the governor over the weekend. The bill now moves to the Idaho Senate.
The bill makes a minor adjustment to the original in hopes of gaining the governor’s signature.
