During their May 1 meeting, the Bannock County Commissioners discussed a potential building project to redo the County’s 5500 S 5th Avenue complex, which houses the County’s Road & Bridge, Planning, and GIS Departments and the County Coroner’s office. The cost of the project, which the participants in the discussion conjectured would be done in phases over as many as three budget cycles, was estimated at about $5.1 million, or in the range of $4.6 million to $5.6 million.
