BONNEVILLE COUNTY – Idaho State Police is investigating a vehicle verses pedestrian injury crash that occurred at 6:41pm, on June 23, 2025, on northbound Interstate 15 at milepost 115, south of Idaho Falls.
A 26-year-old male from Menan, Idaho was driving a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan northbound. A 58-year-old male from Ocean Park, Washington was in the lane of travel for unknown reasons.
The Volkswagen and the pedestrian collided. The 58-year-old male was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital for serious injuries. The 26-year-old male was not injured.
The Interstate was blocked for approximately one hour, allowing emergency responders to assist those involved. Idaho State Police was assisted by Idaho Falls EMS as well as Idaho Falls Police Department.
