Boise, Idaho – Governor Brad Little ordered the lowering of U.S. flags and State of Idaho flags immediately until sunrise on Thursday, October 30 to honor the life of former Congressman Richard Stallings.

Stallings, a Democrat, served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1985 to 1993 and later served on the Pocatello City Council.

“Richard Stallings exemplified a lifelong dedication to the people of Idaho, and his enduring legacy of public service will long be remembered,” Governor Little said.
