Looks like we all have been enjoying the typical Idaho spring! April’s few rain/snow showers have finally given way to the blooms and May flowers (and snow showers).

Throughout April, we saw a steady increase in foot traffic to our office, which is preparing us for our busier season. We have had a lot of Parks and Recreation patrons already getting their permits and gearing up for the summer season. Please make sure you stop by to get your off-highway, boat, invasive species, and RV stickers before recreating this summer!

April also allowed us to prepare for a much-needed update to our office in early May. As you visit us in the first few weeks of May, you will notice that our front counter workstations are being expanded and replaced. We will be working in limited space during construction, but we have plans in place for additional temporary workstations to assist the flow of patronage. So, as you visit us for all your registration and Parks and Recreation permit needs, please excuse our mess!
