Florida Governor Ron DeSantis vowed today to take emergency executive action against the implementation of vaccine passports in his state, whether they are put forward by public or private entities. “It’s completely unacceptable for either the government or the private sector to impose upon you the requirement that you show proof of vaccine to just simply be able to participate in normal society,” the Governor said.
DeSantis stated that, regarding the vaccine, there would be, “no passports, no mandates.”
During the press conference the governor also called on the legislature to put tighter controls on the governor’s office and local agencies with respect to their ability to disrupt citizens’ freedoms.
