Alex Kopp, a renowned strongman competitor who has placed in the top 10 in major competitions such as the Arnold Amateur and Nationals, has been announced as the head judge for the strongman competition being held in Pocatello on Saturday, August 28.

Kopp, a 28-year-old strength coach and strongman competitor, has been competing in strongman events for seven years.  Later this year Kopp will be competing in Giants Live, the official World’s Strongest Man Qualifying Tour – the only way for strongman athletes around the World to qualify for the biggest, longest running, most coveted strongman title of all time:  The World’s Strongest Man!

Hosted by ChaseStrong, the Strength & Fitness Fest will take place at the Portneuf Wellness Complex, 2375 Olympus Drive in Pocatello.  The event will run from noon until 6:00 p.m.

The Strength & Fitness Fest is a charity event supporting AMVETS Idaho Post 1 and all they do in the local community.

ChaseStrong is the brand of coach and personal fitness trainer Jayden Chase.  His facility, located at 450 E.
