The Pocatello/Chubbuck Senior Activity Center’s annual Christmas lunch is set for Thursday, December 23. Lunch will be served from noon until 1:00 p.m., with goody bags distributed to seniors aged 60 and above.
Meal distribution includes curbside, inside dining, and deliveries. Anyone wanting to have a meal delivered should call (208) 233-1212 by Tuesday, December 21.
During the Christmas lunch, an ugly sweater contest will be held. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd ugliest sweater.
Lunches at the Senior Center are made possible thanks to a dedicated kitchen/distribution staff. A special thank you goes out to kitchen staff Joe Zavela, Myriam Lopez, Lin Shaffer, Kathy Fry, Carol & Larry Orgill and Ann and curbside delivery: Marty Riedle, Cathy Patschell and Joyce Pinkerton’
