The realty world seems to have a language all its own, making the sale process confusing for buyers and sellers alike. Chris and Margaret Schnitzler, of HomeSmart Premier Realty, are shedding light on the subject by sharing Realty Tips and Vocabulary Terms on their Facebook page.
For sellers, Tip #1 is a reminder that less is more, though Chris and Margaret note that, “This isn’t quite the same as de-cluttering (which is also important), think about extra furniture, extra appliances, etc.”
For buyers, Chris and Margaret’s advice is, “Inventory, interest rates, and down payment can all impact your buying power. But in terms of the best time to buy, it’s when you’ve talked to a lender and they’ve given you a price point and the go-ahead! Buy when you’re ready, the market is always changing. We’re ready when you are.”
