The City’s Planning & Zoning Commission has a vacancy.
This volunteer commission advises the City Council on a variety of planning and zoning issues. Their role is to make recommendations and decisions regarding land use, land use plans, planning processes, and matters of plan implementation.
Meetings are held the second Wednesdays of every month at 6:30 p.m. with a pre-meeting at 6 p.m.
Interested persons living inside the city limits can obtain an application by contacting the Mayor’s Office at 911 North 7th Avenue, by visiting the Advisory Committees link at http://www.pocatello.us or by calling 208-234-6163. Applicants must have resided inside city limits for at least two (2) years prior to appointment in order to be eligible for consideration.
Applications for membership must be received by June 30, 2022.
