Chris and Margaret suggest that buyers get their financial house in order before shopping for real estate. They point out, “There are lot of free services you can use to check your credit score. You can also talk to a local lender who will not only tell you your score but can also help you plan any credit repair you might need.”
This week’s advice to sellers is to present your house in its best light! “Bright light can improve one’s mood; make sure the buyer viewing your home has the opportunity to be in a good mood,” remind the Schnitzlers.
