Pocatello For Accountable Government Entities, a local government watchdog group, has posted the following update on the Walker v. City of Pocatello lawsuit on their social media page:
On September 19, 2022, an ORDER RESETTING JURY TRIAL was filed in response to the plaintiff’s “Stipulated Motion to Vacate Trial and Reopen Discovery” filed on September 15, 2022.
The Court found “good cause” to grant the motion and the trial scheduled for October 3, 2022 has been VACATED and rescheduled for May 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
