Earlier this month, Idaho Dispatch founder Greg Pruett announced the news outlet’s sale to Miste Karlfeldt, who is well known as a defender of health freedom. Karlfeldt intends to continue the Dispatch’s commitment to publishing unbiased news. Pruett will remain with the Dispatch in an advisory capacity.
