This week, the Schnitzlers remind sellers to fill their homes with fresh air. “Unplug the Glade, Scentsy, Fabreeze, and all other diffusers. Not only will buyers with allergies and Asthma thank you for clearing the air, but it removes the question of “what smell are you trying to cover up?”
Chris and Margaret offer suggestions to buyers on how to maximize open houses. “When going through a home it’s a good idea to make notes on the Handout provided at the open house or by your Realtor for all the things you like, don’t like, and questions & answers.”
