This morning, Saturday, December 17, the Wreaths Across America ceremony for Pocatello, Idaho, will take place at Mountain View Cemetery (near Brady Chapel) beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The Wreaths Across America website states, “Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, our mission to Remember, Honor and Teach is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 2,100 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad.”
In Pocatello, the ceremony is hosted by the local Civil Air Patrol, Pocatello Composite Squadron. It is supported by the POW*MIA Awareness Association. The public is invited to attend.
