Boise–Representative Heather Scott has published her first update on events in the Idaho House this session.
She begins by offering a brief analysis of Governor Little’s “Idaho First” plan, pointing out that it calls for several significant increases in spending. Next, she outlines the procedural changes House Speaker Mike Moyle has requested, and praises him for opening Republican Caucus meetings with prayer. Finally, she highlights the launch of the Idaho State Freedom Caucus, of which she is Co-Chair.
