Pocatello–The Bannock County Commissioners will meet on February 23 to discuss the status of the Forensic Pathology Center, as well as the usage of the county’s share of the federal funding received under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The scheduled discussion of ARPA funds and the Forensic Pathology Center was confirmed at yesterday’s Bannock County business meeting, which can be seen, here:
In previous meetings, it was revealed that the Forensic Pathology Center is likely to cost far more than the original projection of two million dollars. Current cost estimates range from five million to nearly eight million dollars.
