Pocatello–The Portneuf Health Trust will be hosting a free series of Healthy Living Education classes throughout the spring months. The classes will be held at the Portneuf Health Trust’s City Center Campus located at 1001 N 7th Ave. Upcoming topics will include:
- Making a Lifestyle Change
- Nutrition Strategies
- Applying Nutrition at Home
- Medication Tips and Safety
