The Community Development Block Grant Advisory Committee has four vacancies – two at-large positions and two target neighborhood positions. The target neighborhoods needing representation are the Alameda, Bonneville, Historic Old Town, and Mountain View (Whittier) neighborhoods.
This volunteer committee reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council regarding adoption of the required Consolidated Plan and annual Community Development Block Grant project funding.
Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 12 noon.
Interested persons living within the Pocatello city limits can obtain an application by contacting the Mayor’s Office at 911 North 7th Avenue, visiting the Advisory Committees link at pocatello.us or by calling 208-234-6163. Individuals living in these target neighborhoods are encouraged to apply – Alameda, Bonneville, Historic Old Town, and Mountain View (Whittier) neighborhoods.
Applications must be received by April 4, 2023.
