Bannock County–The unofficial results are in for the Portneuf Library Board of Trustees election yesterday. Sara Petersen, the write-in candidate for Seat 4, received 54 of the 68 votes cast. In the contest for Seat 5, Tia Shaffer received 113 votes, beating Christine Paulsen by a 30-vote margin.
