Congratulations to the City of Pocatello and its Geographic Information Systems (GIS) team! The GIS team consists of GIS Coordinator Ryan Howerton and GIS Analyst Allison Radmall. Together they worked with various departments to analyze data creating heat maps that helped identify sidewalk issues within low-to-moderate income areas and areas of high interest. This information was then used by the CDBG Team to help allocate grant money to help improve sidewalk conditions around the city.
