Starting tomorrow, Gate City residents will be able to get their Joy Juice fix on demand, instead of waiting for the weekly delivery. Owner Cheli Brubaker’s new brick-and-mortar store, Joy Juice Junction, will open at 9:00 a.m. with a fresh round of rainbow-colored organic juices and salads, as well as her new chia pudding parfaits and real fruit smoothies. The store is located at 624 E. Benton St, next door to The Grapevine and across the street from the S. 5th Ave. Chevron station.
CreeAnna’s LLC, maker of African Meat Pies and a variety of baked goods, will be onsite starting at noon.
The word “JOY” in Joy Juice is actually an acronym for “Just Organic You.” Brubaker’s colorful, organic juices have been a staple of the farmer’s market/craft market scene in the Pocatello-Chubbuck area since early 2020. More recently, she has expanded her offerings to include individual organic salad kits, lemonades, parfaits and smoothies.
