It’s not unusual to hear conservative adults lament the level of ignorance today’s youth have of our founding documents. Art da Rosa, founder of the local book group “Patriots for Liberty and Constitution,” has decided to do more than complain. He’s starting a new monthly class designed to fill the knowledge gap.
The new group, called Young Patriots for Liberty, will meet monthly at Mountain Valley Baptist Church, located at 202 S. 7th Ave. in Pocatello. Their first meeting, focused on the Declaration of Independence, will be held this Monday, August 7, from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
