Idaho Falls–Idaho GOP National Committeeman Bryan Smith will address the members of Stand Up For Idaho, an Idaho Falls-based nonpartisan citizens’ organization that peacefully and actively advocates for the rights and liberties of all Idaho citizens, at their next Wednesday meeting on August 16. Smith will speak on ‘The Role of a National Committeeman & New Idaho Republican Party Rules.’
SUFI’s announcement reads:
Bryan recently became the Idaho Republican Party’s National Committeeman and he will be discussing his role as a National Committeeman. Bryan will also be discussing some recent major ‘Rule’ changes the Idaho Republican Party (GOP) made at their summer meeting in Challis, ID.
In addition to recently becoming the National Committeeman, Bryan has also served as the Idaho GOP Region 7 Chairman from 2014-2016, the Idaho GOP 2nd Vice Chairman from 2018-2020, and he has served for numerous years in various capacities on the Bonneville County Central Committee. Bryan has currently been serving as the Bonneville County State Committeeman since 2022.
The class will be held at the Snake River Event Center (Shilo Inn), located at 780 Lindsay Blvd. in Idaho Falls. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the class begins at 6:30 p.m.
