- Bannock County Commissioner District 1 (2-year term)
- Bannock County Commissioner District 3 (4-year term)
- Bannock County Sheriff (4-year term)
- Bannock County Prosecuting Attorney (4-year term)
- Precinct Committee Person (2-year term)
- Magistrate Judge (4-year term) – filing due Aug. 7
Write-in candidates must file a declaration of intent no later than 5:00 pm on March 22nd, 2024.
