The Road Closure and Traffic Report for the City of Pocatello for the week of April 22 has been posted on the City’s website.
Some of the highlights include:
- The 100 block of S Garfield Ave. will be closed Monday from 2-9 p.m. for the Food Truck Round-Up
- S. Union Pacific Ave. from W. Bonneville St. to W. Lewis St. (Station Square), and the entrance into the Union Pacific parking lot on S. Union Pacific Ave., will be closed on Saturday, April 27, from 2-8 PM for a block party
- Street sweepers are currently performing their annual spring clean-up
- Street Operations is patching potholes and curblines throughout the city
- Work continues on replacing the water main line on Garrett Way, Madison Ave., Colorado Ave., and Maple St.
- Crews will be jetting sewer lines throughout the city
- Chubbuck Road will be closed between Pleasant View Dr. and Fairgrounds Rd. as part of the I-86/I-15 System Interchange project, and will remain closed until Fall 2024
- Crews will be jetting sewer lines throughout the city
- Traffic signals are being installed at the intersection of Hawthorne Rd. and W Quinn Rd.
- Center St. underpass will be closed from late April through late October for structural work
