The Bannock County Coroner’s Office, in cooperation with Idaho State Police, has confirmed the identity of the deceased following the single-vehicle collision on West Arimo Rd at Garden Creek Gap, in Arimo, on Sunday, May 26, 2024.
Deceased: Cort Ryan Newlin, 20, of Arimo (m)
Next of kin has been notified.
The incident remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
“My deepest condolences to the family and friends of this young man. I am holding you all in my heart as you navigate this difficult time,” said Coroner Torey Danner.
